WFFC Announces 2010 Scholarship Award Winners

Women in Flavor & Fragrance Commerce announces recipients of the WFFC scholarship awards for 2010.

Women in Flavor & Fragrance Commerce ( WFFC) has announced that the 2010 Rita Flynn Memorial Fragrance Scholarship Award has been presented to Sneha Bhatia. While working full time at Research Institute for Fragrance Materials (RIFM), Bhatia is pursuing her master’s of science in microbiology at Seton Hall University in human biology. She has been a technical writer at RIFM for four years and has co-authored 150 fragrance material reviews in six different material groups.

The 2010 WFFC Flavor Scholarship Award was presented to Krutika Parasar. Working toward a bachelor’s degree in human biology, Krutika is in her second year at Brown University. The organization notes that Parasar’s scholastic achievements, volunteerism, involvement in academic organizations, and her love of music and the theater will set her on the path for a bright and promising future.
